If your machine needs a service:

Preventative Planned Maintenance

Preventative Planned Maintenance is scheduled based on the usage of your machine and is carried out by one of our qualified engineers. Having regular maintenance carried out on planned dates can reduce the risk of equipment breakdowns, increase the longevity of your machine, maintain the health & safety of your employees and optimize the machine’s performance.

FEES: Preventative Planned Maintenance is charged based on required visits per annum, the type of systems, and no. of required engineers on-site to carry out the service. A copy of the engineer’s worksheet will be sent as a receipt to your office.

Emergency Call-Out Response Package



If you have an unexpected breakdown, we can ensure you that Green Equipment will provide a reactive response service on short notice and answer any technical questions you may have. Just give us a call, let us know what model you have, what parts you need, what date you want our team to arrive at your business & we will schedule an appointment for you.

FEES: Emergency call-outs are based on two different rates and also include an annual fee.
